Those who submit an abstract are committed to present the paper in person at the ORCA Congress. All presentations are conducted as poster sessions and include the presence at the poster at a set time, as well as a short presentation and discussion with the audience using 2 slides.
Poster information
All posters should be mounted by presenters on Wednesday 2 July between 17.00-19.00 or between 08.00-08.30 on Thursday 3 July. All posters will remain on display throughout the entire congress and your poster can remain in situ for the duration of the event.
Please ensure you print your poster on A0 with a portrait (vertical) orientation. Landscape A0 posters will not fit on the poster boards.
Please submit a pdf of your poster to [email protected] by Monday 9 June 2025 as a pdf.
