Leeds station connects us with all major UK cities and has a fast and efficient London service. The principal station that runs trains to Leeds is London Kings Cross (2 hours 15 minutes). Trains are available from Manchester Stations and take between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes. For train information and timetables visit National Rail Enquiries. Cloth Hall Court is a 2 minute walk from the train station.
Car parking is not available at Cloth Hall Court. We recommend delegates who would like to drive make use of the nearest public car parks.
It is highly recommended that conference delegates arrange personal travel and health insurance. Neither the conference organisers or conference secretariat assume any responsibility whatsoever for nonrefundable payments in event of cancellation prior to arrival, damage or injury to persons or property during the conference.
Even if you have travelled to the UK recently, all attendees are recommended to check if a visa is needed to enter the UK. Please see this online form.
Attendees are also reminded that in some cases visas may be required if you are transiting through a particular country. Please check your flight schedule carefully and consult the relevant governmental website for visa information.
By April 2025, all visitors who do not need a visa will need an electronic travel authorisation (ETA) to travel to or transit through the UK. Please see this information sheet from Visit Britain.
The UK GOV website has more information on ETA requirements.
