All abstracts will display as pending on the abstract submission system until they have been reviewed. The reviewing process will begin when abstract submission closes and after any extension of the abstract submission deadline has passed. Once your abstract has been accepted or rejected the status of your abstract will be updated.
When completing your conference registration you will be given the option to confirm if an invitation letter is required to attend conference. If you have indicated this is a requirement, we will contact you within 5 working days with a letter of invitation.
ORCA 2025 is an in person event and online attendance is not possible.
To take advantage of our confirmed availability and prices you can book your conference accommodation alongside your registration. The additional nights you will need to book directly with the hotel.
Onsite registration is from 12pm Wednesday 2nd July 2025 at Cloth Hall Court. Please note, all attendees must register and make payment online in advance of the conference.
